Evernorth is a non-profit syndication and development company which creates permanently affordable rental housing for Vermonters through partnerships with local organizations, public agencies and the private sector. Evernorth has produced 4,825 affordable apartments in 161 developments. The organization has raised and deployed more than $280 million in private equity. Evernorth's New Markets Tax Credit program has created favorable financing in excess of $76 million for nine economic development projects in low income areas.
