This summer we have had a bad problem with yellow jacket bees, walking our property I found 3 ground nest an a highly active spot under the eves at the siding edge. I called Millers Pest Control and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Danny came out and sprayed the entire house, all the eves and around the windows, he also hit the 3 ground nest I pointed out. He told me to keep my eyes on the spots I was concerned with and if the activity was not gone to call back. I watched the spots everyday and I noticed the the eves were mostly clear, but 1 of the ground nest continued to have lots of bees coming and going, so I called back, and they were happy to send out another technician in a few days, free of a second charge. Beckner, like Danny, showed up right at the beginning of the time window I was given, he could not have been more pleasant and eager to hear my concerns, and went right to work. He made sure the ground nest was completely clear of yellow jackets, he hit it once, then sprayed all the windows and eves where we had a little activity still, and then went back and opened up the ground nest and sprayed it a second time for good measure.
I could not be happier with the response from my first call, to the scheduling time line, the technicians demeanor and explanations of what they were using, how it worked and most importantly the results. Millers Pest control went above and beyond my expectations. I'll also add after 20 years of a rural cottage in southern Vermont, I know how getting help can be difficult, but my experience with Millers Pest control was exceptional.

Being new to the area I asked several local friends who they would recommend for pest control, and everyone said Millers first! So I contacted Kyle regarding some wasps living in our exterior walls and he came by the next day, on time, and did a very thorough job of spraying where the wasps were and where they could be. He's very personable and definitely worth the warm recommendations he's received!

We were having a ceiling fan installed and the electrician found a hornet's nest in our attic. I messaged Miller's Pest Control about the problem and they called back within a few hours. They quoted a very reasonable price and scheduled us for the following week. Their technician, Mr. Beckner, came out as scheduled and sprayed the hornets' nest. The hornets were gone within 48 hours and never returned. Miller's and Mr. Beckner both called back to check on the issue and see if it had been resolved. This company is very responsive and very professional. They offer an excellent value for the money. Miller's really went above and beyond. They explained the type of pest and its behavior, and gave us options to deal with it. They followed up to see if we needed additional treatments. We are very pleased with their service.

They called me back quickly and the person who booked my service was very kind, she answered all my questions, and booked my service right away.

Then Dan, the "snake man," showed up for the service and he was amazing. He was friendly and thorough. He sprayed and put down traps. And then he did something completely unexpected. He offered to come over on his day off to fill a few access points in my basement that he believed was the source of my bug problem. I asked him how I could compensate him and he said it was no charge.

This has never happened before. This level of kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile was incredible.

Millers Pest Control is excellent! Jordan in the office was efficient, organized, clear about the services and costs, and friendly. Dan who came to our house (on a weekend, no less!) was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. They solved our mouse problem quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. They also gave us exactly the service we asked for, and didn't try to sell us any long term plan or anything like other programs I've used in the past. If you have a pest problem in the Burlington area, your first call should be to Millers.

Kyle was great. I called in the AM yesterday about a yellow jacket infestation in our wall and by the afternoon he had removed the hive in addition to addressing mice and a snake we didn't know was boarding in our foundation! Highly recommend Millers and will use them again.

Booked to set some rodent traps, which is only two appointments (first to drop them off, second to pick them up). Showed up 45 minutes EARLY for the scheduled first appointment, while I was trying to eat lunch. Called AN HOUR after scheduled second appointment to say they would be 2 MORE HOURS LATE, so had to reschedule. Would give zero stars if I could.

Professional, quick to respond, friendly guys. They did a great job, and the price sure beat Orkin and Terminix. Got the yellow jackets out of our eaves the day we called - highly recommend!
